The Board of Directors of this corporation shall consist of nine members, all of whom shall be members of this corporation - selected as follows: zero to four (0-4) from Shelby, Monroe, and Madison Townships in Jefferson County; zero to two (0-2) from Milton Township in Jefferson County; and zero to three (0-3) from Brown, Johnson, and Shelby Townships in Ripley County.
